Een rapporteur van de Verenigde Naties veroordeelt de luchtaanvallen met drones, waarbij inmiddels duizenden slachtoffers zijn gevallen en worden uitgevoerd de VS in opdracht van Obama, hij vraagt zich af in hoeverre deze luchtaanvallen legitiem zijn.
De speciaal gezant, Cristoff Heyns heeft met een 28 pagina’s tellend document, dat hij naar de mensenrechtenorganisatie stuurde, de VS aangeklaagd om meer duidelijkheid te krijgen in het moorden met drones ( onbemande op afstand bestuurde vliegtuigen ).
Heyns waarschuwde al eerder de Bush- administratie en nu dus ook de Obama administratie, om de internationale regels in acht te houden en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen naar de slachtoffers om het recht te garanderen.
De openbaring en publicatie van deze afslachting van vaak onschuldige mensen is een noodzakelijke maatregel om te garanderen dat de VS het internationaal recht hanteert en de familie van de slachtoffers compenseert, aldus de tekst.
Het document spreekt ook de zorgen uit over de toenemende aantallen drones die wereldwijd ingezet worden. De laatste drie jaren zijn de aanvallen met drones enorm toegenomen.
Sinds 2004 zijn duizenden mensen vermoord door drones, alleen in 2012 werden 957 Pakistanen vermoord door deze vliegtuigen.
De VS heeft ontelbare aanvallen uitgevoerd met drones in Afghanistan, Yemen, Irak, Pakistan en Somalië.
Ondanks dat de VS beweert dat de drones enkel militanten aanvallen blijken de meeste slachtoffers gewone burgers te zijn.

Nota bene de president die de Nobelprijs voor de vrede kreeg laat jaarlijks honderden mensen op afstand afschieten zonder dat ze aangeklaagd zijn, een eerlijk proces hebben gehad of uberhaupt bewezen is of ze een misdaad begaan hebben. Is er dan niemand die zich hier druk over maakt?

Take Back Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize, Say World Leaders

Valdimir Zhirinovsky, Russian Liberal Party leader wants US President Barack Obama stripped of his Nobel Peace Prize (NPP). In 2009, Obama was given the prestigious award because of his work on nuclear non-proliferation.
How is it possible that a Nobel Peace Prize winner leads a gang to attack and invade? This is not a defense of human rights or self-determination.Other commentators were more frank:
Obama gives speeches trashing his own country and for that gets a prize, which is now worth as much as whatever prizes they are putting in Cracker Jacks these days.Guenther Oettinger, leader of the German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, told Bloomberg that the NPP is given “at the end” of a persons’ achievements, not the beginning.
Since Obama’s election in 2008, he has turned from the commander-in-chief to the “drone warrior-in-chief ,” as the shredding of the US Constitution by his administration paved the way for draconian legislation, use of torture and murdering of Americans without due process.
Obama has created a kill list in which he made himself judge, jury and executioner with unmanned drones to carry out his tyrannical orders. John Brennan was promoted from counter-terrorism advisor to “assassination Czar” last month. Between the two of them, they decide who lives and dies by simply placing a name on a target list for the US military and CIA that defines who are terrorists and who are not.
The use of drones within American skies has also increased as Obama incrementally turns our Free Republic into a Police State that was conceived of by Orwell in his book 1984.
Global leaders have denounced the award of the NPP to Obama; regarding the summation that he has "worked toward efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples" was a premature assumption within the first few months of his presidency. Since then, Obama’s actions do not reflect that of a peacemaker, but rather a self-proclaimed dictator within the US domestic borders, and a violent usurper abroad.
